Tasting Notes

Appearance | Clear, deep ruby colour.
Aroma | The sense of smell is invaded by a vibrant and fresh perfume, dominated by notes of orange blossom, complemented by citrus touches of bergamot. In the end, subtle smoked nuances and a touch of vanilla appear.
Taste | On the palate, the striking flavor of bergamot stands out, gently sweetened by a touch of caramel from aging in wood. The texture is soft and velvety, with soft tannins that provide a harmonious balance. The finish is prolonged and refreshing, characterized by a pleasant acidity.
